printmaking etc.

Yesterday afternoon/evening made a selection of prints at Crescent gallery in Scarborough. It was final evening session of workshops led by printmaker Dawn Brookes, so a shame that this is coming to a close for me as I relocate and say goodbye. I was actually pleased and confident with my work, so a good way on which to close this chapter.

Last week enjoyed visiting exhibition and Print Fair at Hepworth. Good to chat to and see work by York Printmakers, friends Steph and Iain from Staithes Gallery and follow up coversations with arists whom I enjoyed meeting at last years fair.

Lovely also to have a coffee last week with Lorraine from Chalk Interiors as we discussed which of my work would fit their shop. just need to wrap and deliver.

Very pleased yesterday to receive email from Saatchi online saying a client was interested in 2 of my landscape artworks - so this morning have sent further details and photos...  hope they sell as timing is excellent as I decide where to place my work before packing up studio into storage.

It's exactly month today that we officially finish and move a few days later from Malton.... firstly to the Isle of Man ....... then several months later to Hornsea, N.Yorkhsire, which we're expecting to be a bit of an adventure.

Amongst all of this I'm continuing to study with Kain Ramsey, having signed up to several of his courses including life coaching and I am thoroughly enjoying the process.
